Help on 'Republic's Stafflessness...'

*      Republic is unlike most talkers you could come across, since there
       are no "staff" or "admin" to oversee the activities of the residents.

*      If you come across a situation in which you would usually call on a
       member of staff, then it is usually for one of three reasons :
     - To complain about someone : use the block command to ignore them.
     - To ask about a friend becoming a resident : look at ?invite.
     - For general help about the talker : ask anyone, they're all friendly!
