Help on 'COMMAND: rthink'

USAGE: rthink <player name> a nice thought. 
*     Like a "think", but to a particular person or group of people.

*     You type:  rthink bubba Oh My!
      Bubba sees:  <your name> thinks . o O ( Oh My! )

*     You can turn a tell into a rthink by starting it with "~".
