Help on 'COMMAND: picture'

USAGE: picture [<URL of your picture> | 'clear'] 
*     If there's a picture of you somewhere on the net then you can use this
      command to let everyone else know where to find it.  The URL will be
      displayed whenever someone 'examines' you.

*     If you type 'picture clear', you wipe your picture URL.
