Help on 'The Republic Mail System'

*     The Republic Mail system works much like standard Internet e-mail,
      though confined to the Republic talker.

*     Commonly used mail commands include check, delete, list, post, read
      and reply - but there are many more at your disposal. These commands
      are accessible inside the mail system, or in normal mode by typing
      "mail <mail command>".

*     While you are in Mail mode, you can also use Normal mode commands.
      To see a list of commands available in Mail mode, type "commands"
      while in Mail mode or type 'help mailcomms'.

*     To get help on a specific mail command, type "help mail <mail command>"
