Help on 'COMMAND: ICQ'

USAGE: ICQ [<UIN> | 'clear'] 
*     If you've registered with ICQ then you can use this to let other
      people on Republic your user identification number (UIN).  It will
      be displayed whenever someone examines you.

*     If you type 'icq' by itself, you wipe your icq number.

*     To clear your ICQ UIN, type 'ICQ clear'.
