* BIO allows you to view another person's bio - what they've written
about themselves. If you don't specify a name, you check your own bio.
* "<player name> has a bio set" will be displayed when you 'examine'
someone who has set their own bio.
* You can edit your own bio by typing "bioedit" while in normal mode.
